When the wiper motor on your truck seems like it has a mind of it’s own and wants to run on it’s own, the likely culprit is the wiper pulse board. This module gets wet and corrodes over time, causing the electrical inputs to get scrambled. The repair is to swap out the pulse board on the wiper motor.
